El álbum contiene dos nuevas canciones originales interpretadas por Miranda Cosgrove: "Million dollars" y "All kinds of wrong".

"iCarly iSoundtrack II: Music from and inspired by the hit Tv show" La serie juvenil "iCarly", protagonizada por la actriz estadunidense Miranda Cosgrove, lanzará el próximo 24 de enero el material "iCarly iSoundtrack II: Music from and inspired by the hit Tv show". Este álbum es la continuación del primer soundtrack del programa, que ha vendido más de 1.5 millones de copias en el mundo. La nueva producción contendrá 13 temas interpretadas por Cosgrove y algunos artistas de talla internacional como Katy Perry, Ke$ha y Taio Cruz. "iCarly iSoundtrack II: Music from and inspired by the hit Tv show" cuenta con Miranda Cosgrove y Dr. Luke, como productores ejecutivos. Dr. Luke ha trabajado con P!nk y Avril Lavigne. Además, contiene dos nuevas canciones originales interpretadas por Cosgrove: "Million dollars" y "All kinds of wrong", ambas escritas por Max Martin, quien ha colaborado con estrellas del pop como Britney Spears y Backstreet Boys. Este álbum también incluye el Billboard Remix del tema principal de la serie, "Leave it all to me", un dueto de Miranda Cosgrove y Drake Bell. Asimismo, contiene la canción de Miranda, titulada "Dancing crazy".
